Good Price on MegaCab

Looking at getting an 06 Mega Cab (new, still on lot) but am wondering what a good price would be. Here are the stats:
2006 Mega Cab SLT, Red, 4x4, Cummins Diesel, leveling kit already in with 35x12.50 Toyo M/T

Currently the Dealer is asking $41,288

I didnt know MOPAR had a leveling KIT??

how is it new, but has a leveling kit installed?

Also depends where u live. I can get it a little cheaper in texas. that truck around 40

The dealer has installed the leveling kit. I live in Northern CA but the truck I am looking at is in Southern OR and does have CA emissions.

Just bought my used '06 SLT 4X4 MegaCab with 6,000 miles, 6" lift, 37" tires and some other options for $26k. Do not know if this helps you any? Figured a reference though.
