2002 ram1500 quad cab.. hoses and clamps replaced but power steering builds up such pressure as to make taking the power steering cap removal nearly dangerous and fluid leaks from hose connections ( little bit so as to need topping off on monthly basis). No perceived problems with steering when fluid level proper and no noises or bumps. Is there a pressure relief valve somewhere?? any ideas??
