I don't know much about what came on it from the factory as far as security goes.... It is the 2002 model. I bought it used in 2004. It's gonna get a full security system on it just as soon as I have time to install one. Probably around Thanksgiving.

spray in bedliners and tint from the factory. I have it now but it would have been nice to have........or a supercharger from the factory. Like a dodge thunderbolt hahaha

I would like a little less overall height.
I have a stock 02 1500 4X4. The top of the tailgate is taller than the roof of my everyday car (a wagon with roof rack). The step-in height of the cab is a little much too. I know this is the trend of things, but where does it end? Jumping up in the back of a pick-up aint what it used to be. Every few years pick-ups grow a little more. Loading heavy stuff in the back of the truck is a pain too!
