I bought my 06 qc in august, i love the truck but the infinity 7 speaker upgrade is terrible. Has anyone had luck with just replacing the speakers, or would adding a sub and amp be worth it and just turn the bass down to the stock speakers which like to rattle and drive me insane. Has anyone used products like dynamat and had improvements? My music varies from country to rap and i would like to keep a budget of under $500. Any of your suggestions will be appreciated.

My plan is to replace the speakers with some Boston Acoustics and add a Amplified bass tube. If you like Bass more, try some Polk Audio or Kickers. Adding a

 

maybe just get all new door speakers. and a amp for them. and a new head unit if u want. that should be right around 500$ with out intall fees. but thats what im planning on doing with my truck
