Default 02 ram Electrical Problems

whenever it rains..my truck wont start...i will have to hook it up to the Hot Plug and wait a few hours to get it going..seems like it aint getting the spark or something

also when i have my wipers running..my blinkers will act up and my high beams wont work..i will have to turn off the wipers to blink or change from low beam to high beam or vice versa...when i say my blinkers act up..when i blink right..sometimes they wont turn on,or they will blink left...and vice versa...

also my rear windows and PS windows wont work...they will work when i control them from the DS control panel..other than that the switches on the doors will not roll them up or down..

when i have my DS fully to the back.my heated seats wont work..i will have to roll the seat forward to about half way to get them working..

if someone can answer these ???? for me.,.i would greatly appreciate it...thanks in advance

I'm assuming this is a 2002 1500 Ram? If it is, this is just another reason I refuse to buy "first year models". By the time the model has been out for a few years they usually get the bugs worked out. Sounds like you have some shorts, and/or switches going bad. I'd hate to see the diagnostic bill from a dealership to fix your problems.

thats the main reason i dont want to take it in..it can be a lil short in the wire and for them to find the problem the bill can run high..

well, i would have to say that you have a common ground problem...with that many electrical problems, the most likely cause is a bad ground...just my $.02 worth
