Does anyone know if the differential in the 2500's is having the clip issues that the 1500's are? I know the 2500's have a bigger rear, but I am wondering if anyone had the clutch pack clip failure with a 2500. Thanks.

 

From looking at the service manual for the 05 Rams, the 2500 rear end is an entirely different setup. For example, it spec's 75W90 fluid and does NOT need LSD additive. I would think it would not exhibit the same LSD C-Clip problem often discussed on this forum. I've only ever seen reference to the problem on 1500s.
