Default Recently Purchased a Flowmaster 40.

I will be picking up my new FlowMaster 40 muffler on thursday. is there anything i should know when taking it to be installed?

nope...you take it to a muffler shop and tell him how you want to run the pipes...can you give us more details of the muffler an yur engine? what mods do you have on it? it helps so that you use the correct diameter piping to have the most efficiently "tuned" exhaust...

i have the super 40 on mine and it is great, with the 4.7 and the k&n cold air kit, the truck screams around town and when i am driving out to a friends house they can hear my from a .5 mile away. they sound great when you run them hard.

I'm basically swapping one muffler for another. I am using the existing pipes. When i contacted FlowMaster in CA, they indicated that it's fine to use the existing pipes.
