I have a 06 mega cab CTD 4x4 and I am looking for a replacement bumper. I want one that will beef up the front of the truck because I was at the dealership and one of the sales managers there hit a deer and it crumbled the front of his truck. 7 grand in damages. I want a reciever hitch built in to the front and still be able to use my foglights. One more thing, adding that to the front will cause even more weight in the front, which will cause a lighter back end. If i add a rear replacement bumper could I somehow make it really heavy so that it would add extra weight to the back of the truck. For instance adding lead weight withing the rear replacement bumper. I was in a hydroplane accident with my family and having extra weight in the front of the truck makes my wife uneasy. I am not sure if it makes a differnece but I am pretty sure that I have the heavy duty suspension package. I am open to any sugestions and pictures will be greatly appreciated.
