2006 ram vs 2004 ram

Hey guys i have a 2006 dodge ram, qc, 4.7.. i friend of mine has a 2004 dodge ram. well last night we raced and he beat me by about 6" . [:@]

so what can i add to my truck to beat him??

we are both stock
