lightning bolt flashing truck at idle?? 2003 quad cab ram 5.7 lt.

My 04 Ram did the same thing lightning bolt started flashing very little throttle response, I would shut off my truck and would run fine. Lucky for me Im a mechanic and I have a scanning tool, it told me the map sensor voltage was high. Replaced the map sensor and no more problems. From whan i see in this fourm Lots of guys are having the same problem. By no way am i saying that is going to fix your truck it could be any number of things,but it sounds like the same symptoms. 04 dodge ram 2500 5.7 hemi lighting bolt
My son's 04 dodge ram 2500 5.7 hemi is doing the same thing , replaced the throttle body with TP sensor, replaced accelerator pedal position sensor, replaced alternator,and again today the lightening bolt came back and no throttle or very little will spit and sputter if you reach 70 mph any suggestions from anyone
