lightning bolt flashing truck at idle?? 2003 quad cab ram 5.7 lt.

Default 04 dodge ram 2500 5.7 hemi lighting bolt

My son's 04 dodge ram 2500 5.7 hemi is doing the same thing , replaced the throttle body with TP sensor, replaced accelerator pedal position sensor, replaced alternator,and again today the lightening bolt came back and no throttle or very little will spit and sputter if you reach 70 mph any suggestions from anyone
