Default Mod question

My 04 rc hemi is still under warranty,so I don't want to do anything that will void it.Are there any cai that won't void the warranty? So far,I just have a flowmaster, but looking to do a little more.Any good mods that won't kill my truck and warranty?

A CAI will not void your warranty. Only things such as Performance Chips, and or chassis modifications (Lift, Lowering, etc.) can void your warranty, and that's only if your dealership is really cheap. When I worked at the dealership, there was almost nothing that we didn't warranty, wheather or not it was the customers fault.

If you really want to be safe, buy the mopar cai from the dealer. I believe it's actually the aem intake, with the mopar approval. Any mopar parts will not void your warranty.

Only downfall to the Mopar intake is the $400+ price... Rediculous!

yeah the mopar is definitely spendy, and any other cai would be just as safe, unless the filter lets dust by( which k&n would not). If dirt gets by the filter, the dealer can screw you hard.
