Hey just bought an 2005 dodge 1500 quad cab 4x4 hemi, what are some mods for more horsepower, gas milage etc. Whats the best to start out with as this is my first truck.

Superchip 3815 is a good place to start.

 

Go with an Airaid Cold Air kit, a throttle body spacer, and an aftercat exhaust including the muffler. Then try some underdrive pulleys. After you do all that, get a reprogrammer. Those mods should get you plenty of horsepower and a few more MPG.
