constantly....people at work up on the second floor say they know its 1:30 cuz im leaving for lunch...i dont rip it in the parking lot or roar outta there either so i tthink its kinda funny

 

I pulled up to a stoplight a few weeks ago...looked to my left and there was a cute chick......she kinda smiles at me......pull up to the next light and I had to roll down my window to "fix" my mirror, look over again and she looks up "hey, nice truck" ) So I thank her.....pull up to the next light and she is still right next to me, chit chat a bit.......she pulls over, gives me her number then follows me to Starbucks for a cup of coffee....

I'll leave it at that....

 

Nice...I get compliments all the time, unless I spank someone in an acceleration contest...then they don't have anything nice to say.

 

whats even better is when them chevy's and there sister's and fords look up even with short lift into your stock truck and the hemi badge on the side helps just a little i believe

 

I actually got more compliments on myblue06 king ranch Fx4 powerstroke w/20's.

 

HOLY CRAP!!! Who needs 2 brand new Heavy Duty trucks? You'd think one would do ya... unless you've got some kind of landscaping business. Either way, you must be doing ok. I'd love to see some side by side pics of both trucks. It would be a cool looking Mopar/ford comparison.

And I get compliments on my truck more than I ever got with my neon, lol... especially after I lifted the truck and mounted the new rims and tires.

 

my father and i get compliments all the time, not all the time but yes most of the time, like all the time but sometimes yea... wow that sounds confusing.

 

Every now and then I'll get a compliment from a few people when Im parking. Mostly I get stared at though specialy by guys in their new chevy's and fords as I'm flying by them. It makes aman proudwhen someonepulls up next to you after you have flat out killed them from light to light andsays "What the hell do you have in that thing?". Other times I get laughed at until I rev my engine a little and who ever was laughing suddenly gets very quiet. I get more looks, stares, andcompliments in my 67' and 76' chevysthan what I do in my Ram though,but those are some very nice and VERY fast trucks!

 

I get the all the time also, it helps that my exaust is what first gets there attention then when they see the truck is when I get the thumbs up or I hear them shout nice truck. I had one guy almost punch his wife he was so excited when he saw my truck. I could see him mouth to his wife " Thats the truck I want! ". Kinda gave me a big head for a few days.

 

No, I don't, I'm allwaysgetting asked, Why in the Hell would you Buy a Dodge?
My friends and Family are pro Ford, typica of the motto I would rathier push a Ford than Drive a Dodge..

Even strangers on the go will ask me, why a Dodge?

Prior to buying my 06, I found my self doing a lot of pushing arround my 04 F-150 and soul searching.

I also get asked, why in the hell would you buy a reg Cab? Why in the hell would you buy a 2500 with out a Desiel engine and why in the Hell would you buy one with a 6sp, just why in the Hell period would you Buy a Dodge?

Well, the only Ones who really understand are the othier Ram owners on the Road, they to question why Would I buy a reg cab, why I would buy a 6sp, ect ect. But The Dodge Ram and Hemi are = accpeted by all Ram owners

It's too long of a story to explain my reasoning, but the simple truth is Dodge Sold me what I wanted, yes I had to factery order my truck, but the Gm and Ford dealers wanted no part of me.

Every time I wash my truck, I find a new scratch, lately thier badges of ownership I can live with, door dings and dents I can not, and I had to get a door ding fixed cause some A H had no respect.

My Ram 06 2500 Reg a can 4x4 SLT Patriot blue is one of a kind, I doubt thiers the same truck, options, color any where in North America.

And once I take the Time to talk Those will view me as a odd ball, They might not come and say nice truck right away, that's ok with me.

When the sunlight dances against the chrome grill and the blue paint is hessitant to become purplue, or Atlantic blue and than decides on Patriot blue, I get comliments.
