can anyone tell me the backset on the factory rims on my 2005 Ram QC 4x4 2500 series. i want aftermarkeet wheels and dont want them sticking out of the wheelwells. thanx , crossy

 

i have an 04 1500, and the stock backspacing is +15mm with the 17" rims. i dont know if this will help or not.

 

i've got an 06 2500 and from what i could find out my 17 inch wheels were 6.25 inches of back spacing. i put some 35x12.5x20 on my truck with a rim that has 5.39 inches of backspacing and ended up with about 1 to 1 1/2 inches sticking out. hope this helps
