i cant wait until i can get it into the dealer these lights are driving me crazy.

 

My truck has done that a few times. I just turned the lights on and off a few times and the lights went out. I would like to take it to the dealership but I know that they wont do anything unless they can duplicate it.

 

I go to take it in and guess what they wont do it now. the lights have been working fine. not throwing any codes or anything. just as long as they work im happy

 

I had a similar problem with a '96 ram, but it was headlights only. My daytime running lights module had bit the big one. I just unplugged it until I got a new on. Which then also fried on me again about 2 years later.

 

having this problem once again back to the dealer i go.........

 

Maybe make it worth your while. Have you had your door seals replaced? If not check the door seal down near the windshield where the door will "grab" the rubber when it opens. If it is tore have them replace both seals with the new design.

Has nothing to do with headlights, has to do with getting more service and not wasting a trip to the dealer.

 

Exactly, at least something will get done while at the dealership.
