SuperChip and Warranty Question
Yes it can void the warranty if the programmer actually caused the failure. Always reset back to factory settings when going in for service work.If you don't and the tech reflashes your computer the superchip will notassociate with the new programming, rendering the superchip as useless. You would have to the send itback to Superchip to get it reprogrammed at a $200.00 cost.
On long road trips. Ibring my programmer with me, that way I can setit back to stock. Should the need asrise.

Big guy is correct, take it from me also I recently threw a connecting rod in my motor fortunately I had my programmer with me. So I set it back to stock before it got towed to Dodge. They paid for a new motor. They did alot of questioning to no avail. goto this website and it should answer all your questions and then some. It has alot of great information on the laws. www.superchips.com/faq.phtml then click on the SEMA tab. Again alot of great info. Good luck and enjoy. By the way Happy New Year!!!
