Has anyone had any problems with their overhead lights not working when you open the door. The lights in the overhead console work when I push the light in but not when the doors open or even when I turn the light switch to the dome light position. When the doors open the DOOR AJAR light comes. Is there a relay or fuse somewhere besides under the hood.

 

Did you check the fuse box?

 

yup everything is fine.

 

can someone please help me. this is driving me crazy at night. i can barely see to buckle my sons car seat. i have checked all the fuses under the hood. everything is good. any ideas?

My interior lightsstarted staying onshorter and shorteramounts of time until it finally got down to about 5 seconds. On a whim, I disconnected the negative battery post for a few minutes to reset things, and now it's fine.

 

well i think i will try that one,been to dealer 3 times and told they did star scan but no better.they say need software update from dodge but not one ready yet and i will just have to wait.will try this and then if no go california lemon law time.

dodge just called me and iformed me that there is nothing wrong with my interior lites lt's all in my head.now what ?
