Fellas,

My 4.7L has almost 160K on it. She doesnt feel like she's getting tired, but the front end is sure getting squirly and it doesnt tow quite as well as it used to. I have no mods except a 2 inch leveling kit and some 18" rims.
I would like to increase power/towing and tighten up the front end. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

Look into getting an intake and or exhaust system, that should help some.Superchips has a tuner that would help free up some HP.

 

What do you mean by the front getting squirley? and the fact that it is not towing as well? Are you referring to the power output of the engine, or the stability of the suspension. Give us a little more information so that we can help you.

 

I had to replace both front tie rod ends on my truck recently, i have 170 000kms on it now. I also replaced the shocks all around, it rides like new again
