My 04 with the trailer towing package get 11-13 in town and 17-18 at 60-70. I went to Wenatchee last week..300 miles each way with 2 mountain passes....and got 18.8 going over and 17.3 coming back. I didn't watch my overhead, drove with a smooth foot, and checked mileage at both ends of the drive.

Well it looks like you Dljdad has everyone else wooped on the milage. From what i have heard from Hemi guys that 10-14 is good, but 18. WOW. What mods did you do to get such good results. I have a diesel but am still curious.
RE: What are the 2500 Quad Cab 4x4 Hemi's getting for MPG?
I'm averaging about 13mpg with mixed highway / surface street driving. Best I've seen was a 100 mile stretch at mostly 70MPH where I pulled a little over 16mpg..

I don't have a quad cab, But I have you all beat with milege, I have a 06 2500 Rag cab 5.7 4x4 6sp manual, I'm avaerging 18 to 19 mpg on the highway, at 60 mph or 1800 Rpm, My only mods were the ex system, went to dual and removed y-pipe.
If I tow, or take the rpms past 1500 when shifting mileage, is not so great..
