Alright, last April, when i first bought my 02 ram quad cab 4x4 i noticed a loud click/popping sound when i would hit bumps, i took it to the dealer and they replaced the drivers side front wheel bearing, everything was cool. well today i was driving around trying to find a parking spot and i noticed that when i turn the wheel there is a very shrill creak/sqeauk coming from the left front. any ideas what it is and how i can fix it? i no longer have the warranty so im affraid to get raped on the prices. note, i also hear this when i jump up and down on the front bumper... i thought it might be a shock, but why would it only do it when i turn the wheel left? also it does it when the front is off the ground and there is no load on the shock.

 

lower ball joint is shot... so i guess ill just replace them all. any idea how long it takes? i called the dealership to get a quote and it was like talking to a brick wall.
