Kinda' old school, but my older brother stopped a crook using a good slingshot! I laughed at first, but he showed my the "wrist rocket", and a 1/2" diameter ball bearing he used. The copssaid he would never get sued by the crook, because a slingshot seems so harmless to most people.My bro loaded it quick as he was running (had one growing up, so he's good), stopped to take a shot, and hit the guy from the back and broke one of the guys ribs. He didn't even make it out of the driveway!It stopped him long enough for my bro to catch up pin him down. Anyway, sorry it happened to ya' man.

 

Oh yeah, I forgot......I also have a German Shepard that is faster than any drunk could ever hope to be.

I had my truck broken into at the Home Depot .
They just stuck a screwdriver in under the door handle .
Really torqued me off!

 

What's all this confetti stuff? Why play games with these crooks? The Truck is yours, right? you paid for it right? Its your property right? Who gives him the right to come onto your property and damage your property......

 

Brother, I whole heartedly agree with you, but you have to look at it like this.

If you do shoot someone and they are not within a reasonable distance, like 7 - 10 feet (i.e. pistol range), you're screwed. You're getting arrested and getting sued, even if they were committing a crime.

Property, in most cases, does not constitute a justifiable reason to shoot. If it's not a life threatening situation and you do shoot you are asking for trouble.

Is that gonna stop me from protecting my junk..........NOT A FRIGGIN CHANCE.
