my ? for those of you who finance your truck through chrysler
jan will make the 4th payment on my truck--each of the 4 months including now--
my bill has not arrived in my mailbox until either the 12 or 13th day of the month.
Now the problem is that the payment is due on the 20th of every month. so this
leaves me with 7-8 days max- to make my payment , send it thru usps, and have
it processed by chrysler. Now it seems to me that this is an absurdly small
period of time for me to make my payment.
So I have called chrysler financial 2x now and complained about this.
They stated to me that they send out my invoice onthe 1st of each month, and
that they use a standard 19 DAY billing cycle--which begins on the 1st of each
month. They also stated that they had no idea why i am not recieving my invoice
until the 12 or 13th every month. They also stated that there is nothing they can or
will do to rectify this problem, and suggested that I send my payment in b4 I even
recieve the invoice. I informed them that this is a comercial vehicle, and monthly
payment will not be issued with out a invoice or paper trail.(pretty standard procedure)
any one else have this problem or any advice?
I have had many other loans and credit through other banks, credit cards, and ford credit,
and have never had a ridiculous problem like this.
also my past 3 payment I have sent out one day after i recieved it , and my next months
invoice has shown it posted to my acct. on either the 19 or 20th each time. So if i doddle
around for just 1 day--walla-- late payment!
thanks
Josh

When I bought my truck, I set up a payment plan, each months payment is made on the 15th and comes out of my bank account, on a good month I will make a extra payment from my bank account on line or threw telephone banking, or I can go right to Chrysler Financial and make a pay ment at thier regionbal office....Calgary Alberta Canada.

Just go to http://www.chryslerfinancial.com to make the payment. You have to know your account number and the last 8 digits of your VIN to do so (they're included on your bill). That's how I've been paying since I financed my truck.
