I'd stay away from it unless I was stuck on the road and needed a quick fix to get home. Those products can't be expected to last long term and can be abrasive to seals, especially in the water pump. Take you truck to a reputable radiator shop. In many cases the problem is a loose solder joint or a pinhole in one of the radiator tubes. These can be easily and inexpensively repaired.

The Mythbusters cracked an egg into a leaking radiator and it stopped the leak[8D]...but in the end it's always best to get the problem fixed for good by a professional. I used some stop-leak on a '88 Bronco II I had about 8-10 years back. It didn't really help. My radiator was gonna have to be flushed more than once to clean all the crap out. I just put a new radiator in. Good luck and I hope you get it running again!
