Default Trailer Relays 2003

I need help finding out where the "tow trailer right turn signal relay" is located on a 2003 2500 ram. I’m getting an alwayshigh signal on the factory installed tow package at the 4 way and 7 wayplugs on the pickup for the right turn/brake pin. I think the relay is stuck?? I've looked all over the net and in the Haynes manual and can't seem to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Alex

Default RE: Trailer Relays 2003

I had a similar problem on an '04. I was told there is no relay, that the power distribution box does the job. The only 2 options are to replace the entire power distribution box, or abandon the factory trailer wiring and splice an aftermarket box in. I had the local U-haul splice in a new box, just as if your truck came from the factory without any trailer wiring. The only thing they use out of the factory trailer wiring is the electric brake wire. It cost me $75 and everything worked perfectly after that. Hope this helps.
