my heater blows hotter on the passenger's side than it does on the driver's side
I have a 2002 Dodge Ram Club Cab SLT4.7 with about 70k miles on it. I have noticed that my heater gets plenty hot.....only problem is....it only gets hot on the passenger's side. It does not matter whether i have it on the floor or coming through the vents. I can put my hand on the passenger side in front of the vents, and the air is hot. On the driverside it is barley even warm. I was wondering what might be causing this.
Maybe you should become a mailman, then you will be able to sit on the side with heat. LOL!!!!
Sorry, couldn't resist!!! It sounds like your air ducts may be loose or clogged with something.

Well the other issue is that your heater core is located on the passenger side, sometimes its just going to be hotter.
maybe just maybe a squirrel clogged it up..??
uhh yea what he said, your core is on the pass side so maybe its cooling off by the time it gets to you... that sux man, gl w/ that.
