DRIVESHAFT FAILED! READ THIS!!!
I am glad I used the search button. I was thinking on going up to 4.10 from my stock 3.21 on my 3.7. My drive shaft is a 2 piece and from the rust on it, I can only "make an *** out of you and me" that its steel. But it is for the 3.7, and with the 3.21 I can feel the vibration at 5000 rpms. I never knew that it was from my shaft. Do you guys think that my drive shaft will handle a 4.10? Thanks all and Hank, feel free to chime in.

What really tweaks my head is the fact that you can order 4.56 gears (allot of PowerWagon's come with 'em), so do they have a different shaft ?

It is the many details like this that make me glad I bought a Power Wagon. All the "mods"are done right - straight from the factory.

and it was an aluminum shaft aswell
he told me to check mine I said its a dodge why worry about it mine is steellol

When you say horrible, what is exaclty that you mean? the rpms to high? engine noise? . . . what do you mean I'm funny? I'm funny how?, how am I funny? do I look like a clown? do I amuse you?

. . . sorry side tracked there for a bit.
I did the rpm calculator and with my overdrive 6-gear on HWY 70 speed, I was about 2350.
