Brake lights not working when ignition is on?

Default Brake lights not working when ignition is on?
When the ignition is off the brake lights work. Also with the running lights on they work, as soon As i click the key over they quit working? The 3rd brake light works at alll times. Anyone have any suggestions ? I checked the fuses.
