Default low beam out but high beam ok

has any one had this problem. My passenger side headlight bulb just went out , but when the high beams are lit they are working on both sides. Before I get into checking this out , Has anyone had this happen to them and is it just the bulb that is out only on low? I'll check it out in the morn but just wanted to see if this actually happens with these type of bulbs.

it only happens on low and on the passengers side . if it were the relay , I think it would go out on both sides.

Just replace the bulb. They still have 2 individual filaments and yes, one can go out while the other works. Or if you think it's something else, put the working bulb on the non-working side and see if it stilllights up.
