need help with lift kits

im new to the 4x4 world and i was looking for a 6inch lift for my 2006 dodge. I was looking to get some input on what brand to go with? dual shocks or single? what brand of shocks with rezzy or w/out? I heard to go with Fox or Bilstein which one is better then the other?
