Dont listen to all the "Superchips" people. They just get sucked in on the deal that its a programmer. The Jet is the way to go. Changed my 1/4 mile time from 15.0 to 13.9.

 

lol. a chip or programmer of any kind wont shave 1.1 seconds off a 1/4 mile time. this is coming from a guy who thinks that a chip, a cai, and an exhaust system gave him a 65 hp gain?

 

It really comes down to how much power you are looking for and if you are going to gradually keep addingor if you want one thing and that is it. I would agree from expirience that a superchip is a great starting point as you can program it to work with all future upgrades and it can all be returned to factory settings. Also you can set shipft points and set it for economy when not looking for full power. I keep mine set at economy and I still beat almost everything that steps up and I have a qc4x4. Another great feature is the governor release. adjustment for various tire sizes. so many things are flexible with it. there is always the 6.1 cam kit,

 

Haha yeah I'm going to call bull**** on the Jet chip shaving 1.1 seconds. Get a superchips, some headers, CAI,exhaust, 6.1 cam and an E-fan and your truck will move a little bit.
