Default how do you lube tie rods?

Any one know how to lube the outer tie rods on a 03 1500 4wd. They don't have a grease nipple just like the ball joint and the service schedule requires that you lube them. What is up with Dodge and not putting grease nipple on them . Any ideas on how to lube them without tearing the boots would be apreciated . I am trying to keep up with the maintanace scedule and don't know how the heck they expect a "do it yourselfer" to grease them without having to take it to a "stealership".
