Default new problem!!

Ok so this has happened a few times already and everytime I take it in the dealer doesn't know what I'm talking about. So everyonce and a while I get in the truck and go to work and find the cruise wont work and if I floor it there is some sort of rev limiter at about 3500 RPM. So I stop and turn it off and on again and it works. Next time it happens I'm gonna take it straight to the dealer.

So here is the list of symptoms that I've seen:

- cruise doesn't work
- rpms limited to 3500

Its only happen 3 times now that I know of. It seems like its a safe mode of somekind. If its just a glich then no big deal but I'd like to at least know what it is.

I've got a 2005 HEMI that refused to "cruise" once... I turned it off, and back on again, and had no problems since.

I know when in Park there is a rev limited at about 4000rpm. Figured that out when I installed the exhaust and rev'd it up.

But I can do a burn out or power slide through corners in the snow and it will over rev... just not in Park, which is a good think I guess in case the gas gets stuff?

Cruise is electrical, so sometimes it can glitch, but I'd have it tested, it's not normal.

Never had a problem with my new truck, but my Caravan acts up. I think there is a leak down in one of the vacuum lines. It's on my honey-do list, but way down the line since we don't take the van on the highway much anymore. It's a retired work vehicle.
