Hey everyone! Just wondering if anyone has put custom rims and/or tires on their Ram 1500 Mega Cab?? I'm looking at getting an '07 but am not a huge fan of the stock rims/tires they place on it....I'm actually shocked they place such small tires on such a large truck. Pics would be appreciated, just trying to see how much it will actually change the look of the truck as well.

guy at the local shop told me it was hard to find rims for the mega cab. said he could get a set but wouldn't look right on 1500 unless it was 4x4.

 

Someone would actually get a megacab and NOT get it in 4x4?! Lol. Did the guy say why it would be hard to find some? I can't imagine it would be anymore difficult than finding some for a regular quad cab 1500???

 

Actually, the rims you would replace on the megacab should be the same bolt pattern and size as the 2500/3500's. Even the 1500 megacab is based on the 2500/3500, the only real difference being the strength of the springs.
