I have a 2003 1500 4X4...what are my axles..i want to change out the 3.55 with 4.10 and a posi or locker in the rear and a ARB air locker in the front

 

You have a 9.25" in the rear and an 8" in the front. There are no aftermarket parts available for the front diff so your out of luck there. A limited slip or locker for the rear will run around $450, that plus new gears plus install will put you somewhere in the neighborhood of $1500 give or take a couple hundred depending on labor costs.
