Has anyone seen the site where you can buy the srt8 conversion for the 5.7 intake manifold? If so, can you let me know what it is i cant remember. thanks.

 

Its not a conversion for the 5.7 manifold, its a 6.1 manifold that's been converted to work in the truck. They actually offer the whole top end conversion (6.1 heads, cam and intake) to put on the 5.7. They claim a 5.7 QC will be in the 12's (naturally aspirated) soon with this setup.

I can tell you for a fact that a 6.1L intake will be much bigger on the intake ports than the 5.7,the runner size is much larger on the 6.1. Without porting the 5.7L heads to match you are just plating in your own poo

 

no, naturally aspirated just means its not forced induction (turbo, supercharger). A carb is naturally aspirated, as is fuel injection, as is common rail injection, as is all the other various forms of fuel injection.
