Exhaust leak on 06 Hemi

I have a 2006 Ram SportQuad Cab Hemi with MDS. When I excellerate or when the MDS kicks in it seems to have a loud exhaust leak from the left side. I took it to the dealer and they told me it was normal. Has anyone experienced the same issues, if so what did you do to fix the problem. Thanks
