Default flowmaster 40 series or 50 series

just wondering which you think is better....the 50 series says its desigend for engines like the hemi but it costs twice as much as a 40 series....is there really a big difference??

depends, if you like a lil louder exhaust go with the 40 series. The 50 series is quieter, i've had both, but i seem to like the 40 much more, more aggressive.

You'll love the 40 at first. Loud, raw, awesome sound. But after awhile you'll wish you'd got the 50; loud, mean, yet civilized. This is what happened to me.

The 50 series SUV is the way to go. The 40 series will end up irritating you, especially if your muffler is under the cab as in a quad or mega cab

I had to choose between both of the mufflers you mentioned and, I decided to go with the Series 40.
Great Sound, reasonable price. I'm happy thus far.

yes is is a catback that was done at a local muffler shop

2 Super 40s. Very quiet while idling, yet aggressive when accelerating. Not loud in the cabin at all...quieter without the cold air intake. I love it and wouldn't change it.
