Blown brake bulb, help please.

Default Blown brake bulb, help please.

Hey, I blew a brake light on the tail hehe. so how would i got at it. they dont help much in the general tech forum... damn them! so how do i go at it? i mean, start? how do i get the light thingy off and stuff like that, you know? Ram truck. Do I put the tailgate down and find screws? I didnt even look at the light yet so I'm trying to figure stuff out before hand... Thanks.

yeah lower the tailgate and there are two screws to take out. Once those are out there are two posts on the opposite side that just pop out if you pull on the taillight. Be sure to pull straight back away from the truck or you could break one. Now when the new bulb doesn't fix it, try buying a new bulb seat (the part the bulb plugs into) since they are notorious for dying in dodges.
