Default My truck is whining

I have an 02' Ram 1500 5.9L, 130,000+ miles on it, and when i start goin kinda fast, around 50, I hear this kind of whining noise coming from behind me, in the rear end im guessing. The only way i can think to describe it is that it sounds like someone holding down their horn, except it is much quieter, thank god haha i justhad the U-joints replaced, and the tires blananced....twice. what should i look into? axles? diff? bearings?

how bad was the shake in your truck?? because mine used to shake quite a bit, but like i said, i replaced the u-joints and that shaking went away, but i guess there is still a tiny bit of shaking...so little that its kinda hard to tell if its just the road, or my truck. thanks for the help

I would look into your diff being bad. I had a Ford F-150 that had the same problem and it turned out to be the diff.

could be the bearings. but those make a humming noise. need more info. have someone drive by you and figure out which side it might be on or if its in the diff
