Yup, my windshield started ratling pretty bad this week. 2005 QC with 25k miles When you push on the inside top it pushed out about 1/4 of an inch really easy. I'm surprised I haven't seen any leaks yet.

Kind of a stupid thing to go wrong. Glad I have a warranty.

No major flexing of my body. Got much worse today going slow on a bumpy road.

 

Hmm.... that's an odd issue. Sorry to hear that. I drive over bumpy rodes pretty fast all of the time and haven't had any problems.

 

Yes! I noticed this a month ago when the temperature got into the teens here in Texas. I assume my windshield contracted due to the cold weather, but since then I haven't heard or felt it again.I was able to move it up and down about a 1/4 of an inch.
