Default Exhaust replacement on a '04 Hemi

I have changed the exhaust on almost every car I have ever owned. I owned many car's that had headers back. I always liked the sound of Flowmaster exhausts on my camaro's but now I have the Ram Hemi QC.

I tow a trailer (RV)during the summer and I don't want to have to subject my family to several hours of "American Thunder". I want to replace the exhaust with something a little louder than stock but not as loud as I have used in the past.

I heard a stock Rumble Bee in traffic and it sounded pretty good but not too loud. Is it a stock exhaust that Dodge still sells or was it aftermarket?

Any suggestions ???

I just bought my 07 Quad Cab Hemi 4x4 and put on the 2 chamber Flowmaster today, sounds great. I was suprised how quiet it is inside, well insulated. Just my 2 cents.

I've got a flowmaster 40 on mine and it's loud! accelerating, or cruising. A buddy of mine has magnaflow on his f-150. Sounds sweet when he takes off, but quiet on the highway.

I have a magnaflow and can't stand it. It was fun at first, but I just can't take that brain rattling noise anymore. I'm swapping out tomorrow with an Aero Stealth.

Throw a CAI on it and remove the rear resonator...i did that with my truck and it sounds great.....nice and throaty at mid to full throttle but nice and quiet at cruising

If I am not mistaken the Rumble Bee has factory Borla exhaust.I believe this is the reason the Bee is rated slightly higher on horsepower that regular trucks. The Flowmaster 50 series will do you perfect as far as mellow idle and cruise while roaring at WOT. Try it with the resonator installed,if its too mellow, just remove the resonator for some extra volume.
