Default Brake Controller connector

I bought the Dodge 7-pin trailer harness from my dealer yesterday and am planning to install it this week. As I understand it, the factory installed tow package leaves a small blue molex style connector under the dash to connect to a brake controller. The harness I got from my dealer does not have this connector, but rather only a blue wire for the brake controller.

Is the in cab wiring a seperate part number? Did I get the wrong harness? Help!

Default RE: Brake Controller connector

I had the Reese installed in my 03 and the Prodigy in the 05 and 06. I bought the trucks new so I had the harness. All had to be modified. It was just easier to have the camper dude do it for me for 25 beans. Also if your towing make sure you review the drive train/tipm tsbs. 06 wiring harness changed causing possible issues with trailer electrical hookup.
