Anyone here have a Leer 100R on their RAM QC ? I found a sweet deal on a brand new 100R for $700 installed. The only problem is it's red and my truck is white. I know it's a steal, but I can't imagine what it's going to look like on my truck.

 

get your truck 2-toned and it will look fine.
or just sand it down and prep it yourself and have it painted.

 

Well, I put the cap on and made a lift in my garage to store it. I can live with it being a different color for awhile I guess, but all in all I guess it doesn't look that bad.

It doesn't look that bad----but, for a few dollars more, have it shot to match your truck. They are usually shot with base coat / clear coat same as your truck. The windows and back lid have to be removed so you have just a shell, but any decent paint shop can do this. You'll be a lot happier, and probably leave it on

 

Thanks for the comments, I'm going to check with local body shops and see if I can save some money by prepping it myself.
