Ok...i have already checked for codes and all it says is "done" so there arent any...yesterday while driving my gas light came on, "ding" and the guages went dead for about a second, then it went back to normal...i had plenty of gas by the way...today at a stop light it died for the first time ever, is this the beginning of a problem or could it be bad gas or something similar? I am under warranty still so I will most likely take it in sometime soon...I drove for about 2 hours today and it was running really great ...but i dont like the feeling i get when it dies at a stop light, and it started right back up and ran fine after that...thanks in advance guys!

I had this exact same problem. I have a 04 DR Hemi QC and all of a sudden one day I was driving down the highway and the gas gauge goes to E and the light comes on. All of my gauge started acting like they had some sort of short in them. Took it to the local AutoZone to have them scan for codes and they could not find any at first. Took it to the Dealer and it ended up being that I had water in the connections to my ECM. This was causing a short. They disconnected the ECM and died it all out and put some electric grease around the connections. Haven’t had problems since. Hope this helps.

Electronic Control Module... essentially the same as the PCM
