Default Dyno w/ or w/o overdrive?

Ok I know this may be stupid, but I figure I should dyno with the overdrive off. What do you guys do?

if you have an auto i'd be more worried about gettin it to stay in 3rd....i had a hell of a time gettin it to stay in 3rd when i put my truck on the dyno.......but i would say yes, i did all my tests with O/D off
