Default Lowering my truck.

I'm going to be dumping the truck 4/6 and I have seen a few kits on ebay and other sites. I was wondering if any1 on here has used a kit with this lowering setup. I've got an 05 RC 2wd 5.7 I would like to order something as soon as possible, i've been waiting todo this for months. also if any1 has any pics or links I could browse for refrence it would be appreciated.

i would look at a McGaughy's 4/6 drop, i put a McGaughy's 2/4 drop on my truck and i love it...very easy to install only took a couple hrs in the driveway....i would go to this site and buy your kit http://www.slammed1.com/the prices he has are very reasonable and are actually a little bit cheaper then what i paid for my kit....so check it out and let us know what you plan on doing

yea go through slammed one. the guy has a sick 5/8 drop on his truck and personally test all the shocks that come his way and other parts of the kits before he sells them. He can tell ya what you will want depending on your purpose of the drop. im doing a 2/4 as i still need ground clearance but the stock height is to high for high speeds that i drive on the toll ways here. plus the truck handles about as good as boat out a water

How hard is it to c-notch the frame if you go with the 4/6? I know there is cutting involved, so I am wondering the difficulty.

Thanks.
