Exaust Cut Outs

Im looking to get an exaust cut out put on my 2003 hemiram 1500. What do you guys think about it? And will it set a check engine light??

Just be sure to put it after the cat and before the muffler. If you place it before the cat there is a chance you could get some codes.

Dido^ i have one on my 03 hemi and have no problems except the neighbors

I am going to say just the opposite and say put it before the cat. One of the main reasons to install this is performance. If you put it after the cat then you might as well not use it at all. Better yet get rid of the cats.
