Dodge incentives
When does Dodge typically have the best incentives? I know they usually want to sell of the old model years at the end of the year but is there usually a good time before the last 3 months of the year to get good incentives?
You never really know. Check out your weekly ads in the paper and visit the lots often. Just remeber to read the fine print. Chrysler usually want you to finance through them. It's at 8.25% right now. End of year is always best. Especially if you don't need a Hemi. This last fall I saw a dealership in Fort Collins CO sell nice Big Horn packaged 4x4 QC for $22,000 and they weren't requiring you to us Chrysler financing. Awesome deal and the prices were on the windshield. I tell you to check often because some high volume dealers ( big dealerships that usually have over 100+ trucks on the lot) will pull something off the lot and put a sale price on a truck. Its usually an SLT QC in white. I see this in Denver alot. I just bought an 07 in Denver with $10,500 in rebates. I can refinace after 6 months to get a better rate. A hassle but well worth it. The dealership had the deal because they are building a new building. They actually had to go get the truck for me. They were storing it on an RV lot. So, BE PATIENT and good luck in finding your truck. Wait for the deal to come to you!!!
That's strange that the rates vary so much. I am up in Canada and have just made the deal on my Truck. I got a 1500 Mega cab 4x4 SLT hemi with pretty much every option (didn't want the sunroof really but it was on the truck they found me.) Up here there is a promotion on now with $750 in free mopar accessories and 0% interest for up to5yrs financing or 0% for up to 48 month lease. There wasn't that much in rebates, but the sticker was 46,000 and i got it for just under 41,000 (Canadian dollars that is, thats about 39,000 down to 34,800) and that is with dvd, running boards, 6cd stereo etc. Not sure if trucks are priced the same up here or not, I think we may pay more. But I do know that end of the year is usually the only other time that we hit 0% interest.
Right now is the best time! There is a $5,000 rebate on rams and a free hemi engine. I picked up my truck last week and the dealer took an additional $1,145, the cost of the hemi, off the truck price. I think it is a March special.
I know around here, minnesota, January is a really good time to buy also. They have a harder time selling vehicles due to it being so cold and nobody really wanting to stand outside and look at vehicles.
Not sure if how good of a deal it was but when I pulled up looking to trade my 04 TITAN in on a used F250 the ssaleman told me he had a 06 megacab slt 4 x 4 with the hemi for $10.000 off sticker price it was the last 06 they had so we worked a deal on my nissan and I left hour later with new truck.
