High Idle code........Again!

High Idle code........Again!
Guys, I need help.
I posted a week or so ago with a high idle problem. It was revving up to 1500RPMs at idle.After all was said and done, I disconnected the negative cable and reset the computer. Everything seemed to go back to the original idle. It would start up at 1000 and drop down to around 600 RPMs. Well today, it's begun to increase again. It stays around 1000 and then bumps up to 12-1300 range. After I drive it for a little while, it will idle at 1500 again.
Can somebody please help me out. I know I can always reset but I'm evidently working with a bigger problem.
This is an 04 ram with the 4.7.
I do have a CEL on right now but it throws a code 0507 which basically points to my idle being too high.
Any help would be great.
