Default Ram 2500 & Powerwagon: What's differant?

I am curious as to what features are differant from the Ram 2500 HD and the Powerwagon. I know there is the disconnecting anti-sway bar, electric lockers front and rear, a winch and 33" tires. I think there is a couple skid plates too. The reason I am asking is because I am having fitment problems with my Gibson Super Truck Exhaust. I have been onthe phone with their customer service (actually a decent guy) and the issue they are pondering is that I should have gotten the Powerwagon exhaust vs the regular 2500 (maybe because of the heavy duty package, although I don't see how that package makes actual structural changes to the vehicle). Any insight would be great, thanks.

The PW also sits over an inch taller and has heavier duty axel shafts that come with the Cummins. Not sure why the exhaust would be dufferent.

If you purchased they exhaust for your truck, it should fit. The PW has a few different add-ons but they are essentially the same truck. The rear diff is an 11.5" and the front is a 10.5" The other stuff you've listed already. Where are you having clearance problems??

It isn't clearance, but actual fitment. Trust me, the instal is correct because I have second guessed myself a whole bunch of times and checked it out, but there isn't too many ways to screw up this exhaust (3 hangers and a "U" clamp). However, the angle at which the exhaust pipe sits wrong, it angles down as it is coming to the rear of the truck (hangers too long) and therefore the pipes end up coming too close to the rear tire and about 7 inches below the bed (hanging too low and too far back). According to Gibson, the differance between the exhaust system for the 2500 and Powerwagon is the head pipe is shorter (brining it forward) and the hangers are shorter (raising it up closer to the bed). Seems like it would be the solution. However this makes them nervous because it could effect all of the people who have bought this system for their truck.

And I think the only reason why the PW sits over an inch taller is because they come with 33's stock vs 31's on the 2500.

No, it's taller in order to fit the taller rubber without rubbing.
Taller front springs. Rear has a small block under the spring.

The PowerWagon wheels are also different. I read somewhere that they have a different shape where the bead of the tire sits on the rim. Supposedly for offroading...

I put that in there... LOL!
Unique forged 17x8 Aluminun wheels w/internal bead retention.

There is a raised lip just inside behind the bead to help keep it from poping inward. The steel spare also has it!
